Last night saw HELLO! Fashion Monthly celebrate its first birthday. We went along to the bash at private members’ club Charlie in Berkeley Street to cheer on the standalone glossy style magazine. Dee  Osborne (15 Oct’15)

Guests thronged into the intimate spaces of the club and were royally served with Moët champagne and Ciroc vodka cocktails. A constant round of canapés was sourced from neighbouring new restaurant Casa di Stefano. The fare included crab & avocado mousse vol-au-vents, mini beef burgers, mini pizza assortment, home-made mozzarella, focaccia ripiena and arancini.

BMW ensured it was a smart affair by whisking talent in in a fleet of their new 7 Series luxury cars for talent arrivals. The arrivals included  Donna Air, Tamara Beckwith, Lilah Parsons, Charlotte Watts, Melissa Odabash, Noelle Reno, Zoe Hardman, Sascha & Mimi Bailey, Yasmin Mills, Nicky Clarke & Kelly Simpkin, Lilly Kerssenberg Roxie Nafousi, Kelly Eastwood, Tess Ward, Charlotte Simone and  Olivia Inge

In the DJ booths were Whinnie Williams & Zara Martin wearing one of Millie Mackintosh’s collection. And speaking of booths, the photo booth provided much fun as evidenced by Donna Air and Tamara Beckwith’s l ‘bunny ears’ shoot.

The party stopped briefly to allow the magazine’s editor, Juliet Herd, to make a brief address to the revellers and congratulate her team, to applause from the floor.



As befits a good birthday, DirtyMouth cupcakes, featuring an edible version of this month’s Hello! Fashion Monthly cover star Charlotte Watts (below) granddaughter of Rolling Stones legend Charlie Watts.
