Indian hotel expansion into China

 

India’s Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has unveiled a joint venture agreement with China’s Yunnan Tourism Co. Ltd. New York dolls

Monday night saw the fashion runway firmly framed at the annual Costume Institute gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City.  Here the 2011 “Met Ball” paid homage to the design talent of the late Alexander McQueen,  hosting the opening of the exhibition “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty”.Bethany Hutton-Stigga surveyed the glamorous procession streaming up the steps of the Met Museum in tribute to McQueen. Serpentine Gallery party

The blazing sun didn't sour the cream of London where Kensington Gardens was clotted with around 800 guests from the worlds of art, fashion, literature, film and music. Yes, it was the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party, signalling to many the start of the summer season. The Serpentine's 40th anniversary saw the likes of Grace Jones and Stella McCartney mingle with Bill Wyman and the traditional clutch of Euro heiresses and billionaires.
