 The Suite Tasting package offers guests an overnight stay in one of myhotelChelsea’s luxury suites plus a seven-course tasting menu at Tom Aiken’s celebrated restaurant.

 At myhotelChelsea guests can choose from the Asian inspired space of  the Thai Suite; equipped with fairy-tale 4-poster bed, private kitchen, steam room and hot tub or the artist’s studio; Geisha Suite which features unique traditional artwork developed to nurture the spirit by Vogue recommended Kundalini Arts.

After pre-pampering in a spa-bathroom, guests simply take a short stroll to enjoy a feast of flavours and tantalising dishes at Tom Aiken’s Restaurant. The French inspired cuisine brings guests a ‘Seven Course Tasting Menu’ that  includes:

·       Crab

Coriander, horseradish snow, coconut, crab vinaigrette


·       Foie Gras

Granules, beet sponge, sorrel ice, amaranth



·       Pigeon

Savoury granola, baked onion, confit boudin


·       Baked Scallop

Yeasted potatoes, osso buco, toasted bread soup


·       Housemade Ricotta

Green olive juice, honey jelly, pine nuts


·       Poached Tail of Monkfish

Confit squid, piglet belly, white strawberries


·       Piglet 

Braised & roasted belly, baked aubergine, smoked apple



·       Lamb Fillet

Confit tomato, garlic, fennel, anchovy


·       Wild Strawberries

Poached & semi-dried strawberries, strawberry ice cream, yoghurt



·       Chocolate & Violet

Violet sorbet, cocoa crumbs, honeycomb, crystallized violets
