Marco Pierre White launches at Hilton

April sees Marco Pierre White launch ‘affordable glamour’ to diners at the opening of two new Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurants. They are set to open at Hilton London Syon Park and DoubleTree by Hilton Cambridge. Chris Page (31 Mar’14)

Marco Pierre White’s brand of simple but well-crafted fare brings contemporary to the historic at 200-acre Syon Park Estate. In Cambridge the locals will be able to sample steaks on the banks of the River Cam from next month.

 Menus will offer an extensive medley of steak cuts and meats celebrating local, seasonal produce. Drink concoctions will be freshly prepared on site by the head mixologist at the bar, which will have its own food menu for guests who guests in a hurry.

 Timed to opening for Easter the restaurants invite the initial sets of customers to be one of the first to experience Marco Pierre White’s new venture. The venues will get into seasonal spirit with Hilton London Syon Park offering Easter egg decorating followed by a traditional Easter hunt in the hotel’s grounds. The package includes Easter Day lunch and active guests can burn off the calories afterwards by cycling in the hotel’s extensive park.

 The DoubleTree will be opening the garden terrace by the River Cam and guests can boat along the river after lunch or hire a bike for a city tour.
