Mr. Brainwash Summer Show

In the world of Mr. Brainwash it’s difficult to distinguish reality from fiction but we can confirm that the private view of his gallery exhibition took place at the Opera Gallery London on Thursday. Chris Page (17 Jul 12).

His mentor Banksy wasn’t in obvious attendance and probably engaged in art or activism elsewhere. But the Mr. Brainwash Summer Show continued apace and drew in London street artists such as Stik to the Mayfair gallery.

The star of the documentary Exit Through The Gift Shop exhibited his continued love of icons at the private view which was curated by Jean-David Malat. Mr. Brainwash also revealed his excitement at creating both the recent Madonna and The Red Hot Chili Peppers album covers.

He also reportedly let slip “I am working on many projects, one which is top secret and with Jay-Z at the moment..”

Guest sipped champagne and Apple Mint Mojitos as they witnessed exclusive new pieces: canvases, stencils and the debut Mr Brainwash sculptures.
