Salmontini Opens in Belgravia

Belgravia’s new Salmontini restaurant opened to a celebrity fanfare last night with guests eagerly sampling the venue’s signature sea fare. Kelly Valla (16 Oct’14)

Eliza Doolittle, Made in Chelsea’s Stevie J, Andy Jordan and Hugo Taylor joined designers Kelly Hoppen and Amanda Wakeley at the launch of Salmontini Le Resto. They were presented with award-winning dishes including spicy crispy salmon, Mediterranean sea bass and platters of sushi and sashimi. The choice menu was overseen by head chef Esteve Prats Grau (Tom Aikens Group).

Dinner, canapés and cocktails were then danced off into the early hours in the venue’s  cool, contemporary interiors created by the design team behind Café de Paris and Madame Jojo's.  

Salmontini Le Resto also features an imposing bar and intimate private dining room so customers can opt for a light lunch, three- course dining experience or a night cap.
